Temping with Orange Recruitment

By their very nature, temporary jobs will vary in length, working hours and the level of skill required.

The working hours can range from part-time, job-share, weekend work, night work and more. The length may vary from a few days to couple of weeks, up to a number of months.

A temp job could involve acting as the P.A. to a C.E.O. of a bank, help a charity run an event, data entry in a hospital or working in a finance position in a bank.

The list of temp jobs we place is endless!

We endeavour to help all our temporary candidates with as much information as possible including their personal tax. This, along with other valuable information is contained in our 'temporary employee handbook'.

Job Seekers on contract

Most people when thinking of contracts think of either the more commonly known type 'maternity leave' contracts or 'twelve month' contracts, however, the length of contracts can differ greatly.
Also, the terms of a contract and contract working hours can in fact be as diverse as any permanent position depending on specific job vacancy requirements. These can range from full-time, job share, part time, 1-5 days, weekend work etc.

When the successful candidate is placed in a contract, the client company then decides whether the candidate will be placed on the client company payroll or on Orange Recruitment's payroll. Should the candidate be placed on the client company payroll, they are responsible for all the candidate's employee matters. Should the candidate be placed on Orange Recruitment's payroll bureau, they will be deemed as a temporary candidate on a 'specific contract length' and will be given the same information and help as the rest of our active temporary candidates on our payroll bureau.

We endeavour to help all our candidates with as much information regarding their career as possible included their personal tax. This information amongst other employee information is in our 'temporary employee handbook'.
