Orange Recruitment has put in place and successfully maintained ISO 9001; 2000 through a comprehensive quality management system. By earning and maintaining the ISO qualification, we ensure that all our accounts, recruitment, administration, operations and staff training procedures and processes are fully documented and adhered to thoroughly by all our staff. Through the ISO quality management systems we can make certain that we are giving all our customers, both candidates and clients a consistent quality recruitment service. As part of the ISO, we are required to regularly administer a customer feedback survey and quality checks on placed candidates. The consultants attend a weekly jobs meeting which entails covering and documenting all aspects of the active and placed client vacancies status. The results of both the jobs meeting, the customer survey and quality checks are analysed, documented and followed up. If required, the appropriate action is taken, thus ensuring our clients have a thorough candidate placement service that does not end at the point of staff recruitment.
