Please read this agreement thoroughly before accessing or using the service. Should you access or use this service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Orange Recruitment may alter this agreement at any time, and such alterations shall be effective directly upon redeployment of the altered agreement. Promoters' terms and conditions form part of our general terms for use of the site. Orange recruitment also has a broad privacy policy for all users.

For the purposes of this agreement, an 'Employer' is any person or body who engages the services of Orange Recruitment Limited to source a Job Seeker for a temporary, contract or permanent position, full time or part time.

A 'Job Seeker' is any person who engages the services of Orange Recruitment Limited to source a temporary, contract or permanent position for them with an Employer.

Employers and Job Seekers shall be collectively known as 'Customers' of Orange Recruitment.

Privacy statement

Orange Recruitment respects the privacy of our customers, understands that our customers have certain rights relating to their personal data collected; and is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the personal information of our customers, whilst conforming to any privacy legislative requirements. Therefore we encourage all customers to thoroughly check this information, so that you may understand and consent to how we may collect, use and share your personal information.

Data

Orange Recruitment has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, jobs or Job Seekers described on this site.

As users of this site, Employers and Job Seekers are given a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and download all publicly viewable information on this website.

Job Seekers are at all times under duty to ensure that all Personal Data submitted is true, accurate, current, not misleading and complete. Orange Recruitment is not liable for Personal Data submitted which is not true, accurate, current and complete.

Orange Recruitment processes your Personal Data a) to provide customers with job placement services, b) for administration records purposes, c) for advertising purposes, marketing and public relations purposes (Orange Recruitment's business purposes only) and d) accounts purposes. Our goal in collecting your personal data is to provide you with the most customised recruitment service possible.

Job Seekers retain copyright in their curriculum vitae or resume. Each Job Seeker gives Orange Recruitment a non-exclusive right to copy and use his / her CV / resume.

Orange Recruitment has no responsibility for ensuring that the information which passes between Employers and Job Seekers is true, accurate, current, not misleading and complete.

When recruiting staff, sometimes we may request information deemed as 'sensitive' for the purposes of your application e.g. Health benefits etc.

Retention of personal data

Customer personal data will be retained or destroyed according to Orange Recruitments' and/or legislative requirements.

Web beacons and click stream data

Anonymous information can be collected from visits to our site through 'web beacons' or 'click stream data'. This is data that allows us to log users who have visited our site; it does not access customer personal information. This data is used to analyse trends and statistics to help Orange Recruitment provide a better service to our Customers. E-testing

For customers who take advantage of Orange Recruitments' E-Testing, we may request an email address from you and ask that you create a special password to access your tests, scores and test history.

This information will be used as necessary to supply our services to you.

No guarantee of job availability

Orange Recruitment gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job advertised on the site and will not be responsible should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to the removal of the advertisement from the site.

General site service

Orange Recruitment cannot and does not guarantee that the site service will be uninterrupted or that faults in the service be corrected; that files and information available for downloading through the site or delivered via electronic mail through the site will be free from viruses, worms or any other infectious codes that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. The onus is on all customers and web visitors to ensure that they have taken and implemented adequate procedures to prevent such damaging outcomes.

Jurisdiction Clause

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law and the Parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
